Amplifying Voices: The Impact of the NYTH Framework across The RCT Region

In mid-2025, we were commissioned by the Regional Partnership Boards to produce a short film documenting the Nyth (The Nest) framework’s impact. This vital initiative is transforming mental health and emotional wellbeing support for babies, children, young people, and their families across Wales.

As a video production company specialising in third sector case studies, our goal was to move beyond statistics and capture the authentic, lived experiences of those at the heart of the project.

Listening to the Next Generation

The Nyth framework is built on a powerful premise: creating a “no wrong door” approach to support. To showcase this, we sat down with bright, engaged, and curious young minds who offered their insights.

The overarching message was clear: to help the younger generation feel seen and heard, we must truly listen.

Location, location, location

To make sure our contributors were comfortable, and to capture their energy, we filmed at the places where they already felt safe and at ease – from forest preschool settings to primary school classrooms.

To complement the locations, we used high-contrast, colourful backdrops for our formal interviews. This visual style was designed to make the video ‘pop’, reflecting the vibrant personalities of the interviewees and ensuring the video stands out and is engages.

The result? A joyful, heartfelt film that celebrates young voices and reminds us why listening matters.
