Cardiff University’s Community Gateway partnered with the Grange Pavilion to inspire and connect residents with academic and professional advisors. The Grangetown Careers and Role Model Week provides the opportunity to gain insight and tailored advice from local role models to help attendees thrive throughout their educational and career paths.

Over the last few years, we’ve worked the Grangetown Careers and Role Model Week run by Cardiff Community Gateway, and it’s always a fantastic event in the community. Full of enthusiasm, interaction and inspiration. For the past two years, members of the Grange Pavilion Youth Forum have taken the lead by presenting the video and interviewing those involved on the day. Having Bablu and Hanna present this one gave the whole video a completely different vibe – made it more engaging, and it’s just a pleasure working with local, talented, people with a passion for their communities. If you’ve never been to a Careers and Role Model week – we’d highly recommend getting involved, if you are local to Cardiff.
