‘Cwm Taf Regional Partnership – RIF’

In early 2024 we produced 4 videos for the Cwm Taf Regional Partnership board. These videos formed part of an evaluation of projects funded through the Health and Social Care Regional Integration Fund. The fund seeks to create sustainable system change through the integration of health and social care services.

In these videos, we speak to people in the communities across Cwm Taf Morgannwg who have had support through this funding and we hear from the organisations who have helped, such as BAVO (Bridgend Association of Voluntary Organisations) and Care & Repair.
