Cyfarwyddwr Joe Kelly<\/mark> has over 15 years of experience in the industry and prior to setting up Clear The Fog was a Creative Lead for youth charity Fixers, managing the creative output of a team of 15 producers across the UK. <\/p>\n

Previously, Joe has also worked in the TV industry as a researcher, a location assistant, and started out in feature films working in sound departments and as a location assistant. If you\u2019ve ever seen the BBC Ident of  Kites spinning above sand dunes in Mid-Wales, this was one of his first jobs in TV<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Mae Megan, a ddechreuodd weithio yn y diwydiant drwy\u2019r cynllun \u2018It\u2019s My Shout\u2019, \u00e2 phrofiad o olygu i\u2019r BBC a bu\u2019n gweithio ar ei liwt ei hun am nifer o flynyddoedd gyda Clear The Fog cyn ymuno fel aelod parhaol o staff yn 2022.<\/p>\n
